Code error #10060
This error means that there is no active internet connection.

The government only wants to receive a message once. If this happens a second time due to a communication disorder, it will be rejected. Check if the approved message has been previously received and if so click with the description on the message on the communication screen. Choose the option “Reset sent”, then click “Flags as sent/received” and then click “F9: Send and/or Receive”.
Message is rejected because of the time.
Check your PC settings for date and time are correct. If the local time is used, it must be in accordance with the time zone used. This must be set manually on older Windows versions. It may also be necessary to activate the summertime option. If the time zone UTC is used, the UTC time must be entered in each screen and if the local time zone is used, the local time must be used everywhere.
