FAQ – Daily Catch (FAR)
My FAR is rejected for the reason: The activity or sub-activity must have a location.
This rejection reason means that in the daily catch message (FAR) the location of the sub-activity is missing. To correct your FAR message, go to the daily catch en apply the location of the sub-activity. Save and export the corrected FAR message.
The FAR Declaration has been rejected as no Departure exists for this voyage.
The reason your FAR is rejected is that your departure message is rejected or is not received by the government. Resend or adjust your departure before resending your FAR.
My FAR is rejected for the reason: Invalid FAR zone. Does not match COE
The reason your FAR is rejected is because your position does not match with the position in your COE, entering zone message. There are two options to correct this.
- To do a zone change, with the time that you exactly change zones and resent your FAR.
- Correct the position in your FAR en resent the message.
The FAR Declaration has been rejected as the Activity commenced before the start of the Voyage.
The reason your FAR is rejected is that the time of sending your FAR message is before the time you put it as your departure. Adjust your departure when the time of departing is wrong and resend your FAR.
I need to correct my FAR. What to do?
To correct a FAR that is accepted you simply must go to the FAR that needs to be corrected and adjust where necessary. Save the adjustment and export the FAR. When you are trying to export the correct FAR a pop-up screen will appear with the warning that you are about to make a correction. Choose “confirm” and send the corrected FAR.
When I am trying to send my EOF or PNO, a notification appears saying that not all messages are sent/received.
The reason this appears is that at least one message is not sent or received. It is possible that in your day summary a report is marked orange and does not contain catch. By clicking once on the market day reports, you can delete the “empty day report” on the left side of your screen.
I have added an extra tow to my day, how can I delete this?
When an extra tow is added to a day, that is not yet sent, you select the “extra” tow and click on delete. There will appear a warning, click “confirm”
The correction of my FAR is rejected for the reason: the original message is unknown.
The reason your correction is rejected is that the original message is not sent or accepted by the government. Before you can create a correction, the message must first be accepted.
